Under Contract

Praise the Lord, our house in under contract! If all goes as planned we close on the house on June 1st!

Last Friday started the war of going back and forth on a deal. Man it's intense!! We went back and forth about 4 times before we agreed on something. If you want to know the feeling of the unknown and the what if's that is the game to play. "What if" we take the offer and something better might have come along? "What if" we don't take the offer and nothing comes up better and its months down the road?  So now we just have to keeping praying that the rest will be a smooth process. Then comes figuring out where we want to live here. We are just going to rent a place for awhile so we can take our time finding a permanent home. We would love to rent a house in Highpoint but the point of renting is to save money up too and renting a house in Highpoint might not be the way to go. So more decisions to make ahead but I'm just so thankful that our house is sold!
